Vilas I'am sure wont reopen, but no ordances that I can find says that you cant ride on them when they are closed!Besides there hundreds of lakes and swamps to ride besides the trails anyway in Vilas County

...and people cry and complain when a trail gets closed or re-routed due to sleds on trails when they shouldn't be! The majority of Vilas Cty. trails run across PRIVATE land, and we need to keep the landowners happy so the trails are open next year!

Please think!

Here is what YOU POSTED that prompted me to reply: "but no ordances that I can find says that you cant ride on (trails) when they are closed!"

How would the average tourist know if they are riding on private land, state or federal forest? The answer is that they don't.

Lakes etc.....have at it!
