I will never tell you not to ride, or that it's over....however...it's ugly...40's yesterday and today...lots of melting going on...wet areas are bad....the edges of the lakes are breaking away, and even with cooler weather, and some light snow expected Wednesday and Thursday...it's supposed to be 55 by sunday....my sled is parked for the year, unless I can get one more U.P. trip in this month...just another crappy year for us sled heads....that's three in a row that have ended early...at least this year was longer than last year....so that's it...my last report for the year..another disappointing end...time to get my motorcycle ready, and put the sleds away.

Thanks Attack - We are glad we went up last weekend. Got around just fine and went on a quick loop monday morning before heading home. The trails were pretty worn by then. I truly do not see it recovering either. Time to get the boat ready!

Thanks, hopefully next year will be a better/longer season. For now its time to start thinking about getting the scoots ready! Just ordered some goodies for my wife's Softail!
