feels like normal

went to a few establishments in the past week or so where it feels just like it always did, bars really busy, not a mask in sight, people laughing and having fun.
I havent worn a mask in weeks and dont even know where my hand sanitizer is anymore
I still dont know anyone who has even been sick
heard of a couple friends of friends etc but nobody personally

Bars and restaurants-Yes. Just about everywhere else we need a mask in Wisconsin. I even saw a guy on a bicycle wearing a mask the other day!! Too funny.

And I'm wondering how many others have parked their vehicle and walked across the parking lot before realizing you left the damn mask back at the car or truck. It's happened to me multiple times but I'm getting better at it.

Yeah definitely does not feel normal in MN yet. The amount of people I see driving around with one on has increased dramatically in the last couple weeks. Did something recently get spewed in the news about not being safe in your own car with the windows up? LOL

Sconnie, at least away from the countries tallest buildings, the mask is all for show. Most places I've been to are NOT enforcing it.

Since late May when the Wisconsin legislature shut down Dark Lord Evers and his 'Stay Home' mandate, my life has been mostly normal. My wife and I go to the grocery store, go out to eat, go to church using masks where required. I have been working from home (and loving it) but that is ending on September 8th, when we have been ordered back to work. My buddies and I are back to shooting trap, sporting clays, motorcycle trips and a bi-monthly World Problem Solving Session, all with precautions (social distancing). I don't go to bars, casinos or other jam packed venues but never did that anyway.

I probably had the China Virus in early February when I was out of work for what I thought (at the time) was a very bad cold. I used to travel every other week going through airports like DTW, MSP and ATL where there were planeloads of people coming in from Asia and Europe multiple times a day.
