financing for a single wide in northern MI???

Banks are afraid of their own shadow these days. Just went thru a refi on a small mortgage (about 40% of todays value) for a house I have owned for 23 years. It's been remodeled and added on a couple times and refi'd each time.

The mortgage company contacted us to start with. They questioned everything and wanted us to jump through all kinds of hoops.

I just kept saying.. "Hey you called me, if you don't want to do it. That's fine with us." Just wanted to cut some years off and drop the rate. But if it didn't go through oh well

But they finally got it done

Well i have an update i just got back from up north (gaylord) .We found a nice home for $50,000 needs flrs ,but all else looks good .We put in an offer on wednesday he countered today and we did a final offer back at him to day ..Im trying to steal the place .This is a stick built home(not a single wide) ..I was perappoved for this type of loan in the first place ,so this makes it alot easier on my end .... so im saying my prayers i want this place It'll be our lil piece of heaven...WISH ME LUCK!!!!
