I just want to put a plug in for first place parts. I ordered two sets of slide kicks and a extra set of tips from them. Somehow or another the order got mixed up and I recieved one set and a video. I called and told her I hadn't opened it and she was going to send me the other set I ordered and a return shipping lable to send the movie back for free. I recieved my second set today with a note in the box to keep the video...I didn't expect that at all. Top notch service in my book and will go back to them again.
