well no ride yet in central IN just now have enough snow but I didn't take my sleds to the mechanic til Monday so they are not ready yet. I should have taken them in NOV 1 but I am a procrastinator.

FANTASTIC! :D It was last Saturday we put on over 100 miles all on un-groomed trails, with great friends Squat & Julies and it was snowing like crazy! Couldn't have been any better!

We just got back from Twin Lakes area Thursday. Rode 500 miles from South Range to Presque Isle Wisconsin. ( had a taste for hot wings at Sky View) I would say about 80% of the trails were very good to excellant. North of Bruce Crossing on trail 3 and trail 11 out of Wisconsin were the worst. Twin Lakes and Watersmeet had the best trails. Mon- Thurs.

Irons trails in good shape. Getting snow. Off trail I did 60 miles today and had most forest roads to myself. Lots of ditch banging. Feel it in my legs. Lol I need to get back in shape.

Those were your tracks?:D

We wondered who else had ridden out there? Did you also do the 133 trail? Two sleds on that one too. It was kinda fun to ride that thing though.

Trails were pretty good. I was impressed that the stretch below Brockway didn't have the water holes like normal early season. Crossing the bridge was gravy too. I think it might actually be easier without snow on the straight section.

We have to thank Dave(I hope that is correct) at Lac La Belle for gasoline. He was not open, but saw us there and asked if we needed anything. Once again, the people in the U.P. make every trip worth the drive.

Favoritos,

It's a yearly pic I take out there, at High Rock. I was the only one on trail 136 & 134 (Clark Mine & Mandan) all day on Tuesday, every track out there was mine. I lapped it a couple of times, the rest of the sleds turned off at trail 135, their loss. Did not do trail 133, ran out of time.

Good Luck,
Pat
