Fishing the Mercer, Wi area

I'm looking for a good fishing guide that can put my father-in-law and I on some big slab crappie, small mouth, or muskies in the Minoqua/Mercer Wisconsin area. Either the spring or fall would work the best. I'm pretty familiar with the Mercer and the flowage area and would like to stay in that location, but my main goal is catching fish. I'm wanting to buy him a package deal for Christmas. Any suggestions or recommendations?
