I need to come up north to check on a few things at our house and due to scheduling I will only be there overnight. I am considering flying into Ironwood, I can get a round trip flight from ORD for $120. By problem is there does not seem to be anywhere to rent a car at the airport. Is there somewhere that has rental car service at the airport?

You can call Twin City Cab to get to Red's auto and rent one as the others have said. I'm up near the airport often cause our work yard is near there, if you need a lift down to Red's i could give you help you out.
Probably quicker, especially if you were flying in and out of O'Hare...
