I'm surprised it counted as a goal. Not sure of the rules in this league, but in most leagues, the puck needs to maintain forward progress or the attempt is nullified.

Cool trick

Catch is as long as the player maintains forward momentum and is in control of the puck it still counts.

Here is one similar but it is a 9 year old and does it during a penalty shot, he actually looks much better than this one.
