We have been in the process of purchasing a dive boat business in Boca Raton, FL for the last 6 months. Will take it over next spring. I sell fireworks and am only locked down to WI/MN couple months a year. The wife only has 6 yrs. left in Army and retired. Our plan is to live where it's warm and rent a house out West in the winter.

We are leaving Sat for Cozumel till Christmas. This will be our 3rd year of killing time diving instead of stressing about snow in December. Been great for the blood pressure.

Way to live the dream! Love Coz too, stayed at the Cozumel Palace last time and had a great time. We rented two vans and hit the East shore for a bar crawl, beautiful over there!

The East side is like North Shore Oahu. We have friends that take us to all the local dives, not to mention they own the dive company too. If you ever need a hook up on condo rates. Let me know.. Can get you local discounts.

Yea like 14 if only the rain we've had since early /mid November had been snow as it should have been, we'd be swimming in snow. It'd be a record setting year, possibly. DANG EL NINO I ever catch that El Nino SOB in a dark alley I'm cappin' his AZZ.

Its so STUPID warm, even the storm water runoff pond behind my house has little to no ice on it. 20151212_090304.jpg
Even when we had green (brown) Christmas in past, at least stuff was frozen.

LOL, this morning as I was looking though all the paper work on the desk looking to pay some bills, I discovered the registration stickers that I never installed on our mainline sleds last year. So I got to thinking, maybe I should order the trail passes and ride the darn things since its going on the 4th season since they've seen day light. So I got online to order the passes, but first I stopped in here to see whats happening. And after checking in, I've decided not to order the trail passes after all. What a bunch of Debbie Downers. ;)
The good news is as the years pass without trail riding, I don't really miss it much. I think after paying the bills, I'll put the wheel kit on the Kitty Cat so the grandkids can ride on Christmas morning.:)

My farm will be my retirement living. No need to deal with overpriced paradise living and snobs.

Green Acres here I come!

If we do you have to PROMISE not to let any of that snow melting weather follow you back up here!

I promise to leave the warm weather down here. Just like United has left our luggage in Houston, I mean Dallas, and now it's in Miami. Ha. Good thing we leave our clothes and dive gear in locker at condo. Wish I had a farm too. But land back home goes for $7,500/acre. Now that's high priced living. Lol
