Glad to see you head down there. I saw on different forum you were thinking Leadville. We are trying to rent
a place in Southfork Jan/Feb. Awesome country to ride but dang that higher elevation kicks my ***. .

Certainly not sugar! The snow has had a bit of time to set up at Wolf Creek, in some area's anyways. As always it's early season and you have to pick you area's where snow loads. Today was SO EPIC... Puking snow when we loaded and expecting another foot. Tomorrow is going to be unreal...

Today we found an additional 23+" of snow on top of yesterdays killer conditions. In area's it was much deeper than that.

bigvin - no flat land in that one! The new 155" Axys had it's hands full making it up that one!

fireworks - The altitude certainly takes it's toll. We never made it over 10,500 today. Rode out of the Tucker Ponds lot and found freshies that would swallow our sleds on the downhill and flatlands. Certainly no climbing today!
