Frostbite Meds?

Doctors and emergency rooms use an ointment called Aquaphor for burns and it should be the same for frostbite burns. You can find it at any drug store.

Whitedust, ever have a code11 come up on your gauges. I bought a used 2006 attack, and a couple times I would turn key and nothing. Then I would turn again and it would start right up and run great. Now the code 11 is on the gauge and warning and little engine light go on but will not let engine turn over. It's at the dealers now, hoping it won't be a big deal. Sled has 5000 miles on it.

Sorry but none of our Yams ever threw a code.

Nothing excites me at -29, except four walls, a roof, a working furnace and a warm fireplace!

So how do you like the Rush? Last we talked you were working out deal on Apex SE with dealer that picthed used SE on JD. What happened? My frostbite is scabs now healing well too many bandaids PITA to keep bandaged.

WD - Overall, (Rush Pro-R) love the sled so far, like riding on a cloud. Suspension perfect right out of the box, after setting rear center shock for my weight. Handling great, but needs more front end bite from Bergstrom triples points. Hooks up fine without studs in conditions a few weeks ago. Has some inside ski lift I hope to tune out, but that's mitigated by shifting your weight into the turns, unlike Yam's that can't be impacted at all by shifting your weight. Motor has plenty of pull for me. One negative - sled is as cold as the Vector and stock shield offers no protection. Polaris has a good sled here, and seeing lots of them on the trails. Whats the verdict on the XTX?

Apex XTX so much better than Attak eps is a dream. Still adjusting back to riding 2s in turns xtx has so little engine braking might as well be a 2s as far as corners. The 144 XTX floats very well in the pow pow the Attak didn't & so much of that has to do with eliminating engine braking & additional track length......no ghost ridng correction in pow-pow either. 1st ride was survival so dang cold!.....now that I have been out in warmer temps hand warmers work well wind protection aok too. XTX pulls me more forward so I don't laz back which could cause Attak inside ski lift had to be more aware with Attak. XTX susupension more precise more of a mxz feel not cushy like mono but much better in slow garbage not sure about studder ability yet but my Attak gt was so good at that with ohlin ec. I'm getting betwen 15-16 mpg seems to go up each time out could see constant 16 mpg soon keeps edging up as I become 1 with the machine. No aching shoulders or heavy feel to Apex XTX eps is the real deal. I might increase front ski pressure to get more bite in turns with triple points zero darting completely gone. The engine is super pulls like a raped ape who knew another 15 ponies would feel like this. So far my 2012 Apex XTX is exceeding my expectations but need to get to know it better before I start tweaking.

Clipper system today so far is a bust no snow so far. Yesterday Phelps trails were very good well groomed plenty of snow BUT this weekend is Derby weekend so no idea how trails will be over the weekend & I won't ride this weekend never do during the Derby. Riding to Pats tomorrow & won't be on groomed trails much in WI but will be on groomed traisl in WUPMI. Your guess as good as mine for weekend conditions in ER area?
