Fusion 600 bogs at high RPM's

Fusion 600 with 9200 miles. Pulls fine up to about 7500 RPM's but that's all it has. Tops out a little over 70 MPH on the speedo - normally has no issues up to 80, and probably more. I switched to my spare belt (used) and it was slightly better. I was riding in Canada without much access to parts. I won't ride the sled again this year but wanted to have some ideas on what to look into. I know the plugs are a few seasons old and the powervalves could probably use a cleaning. Belt deflection looked ok. I do have a new belt to try also, but I forgot to bring it with. Anything else to look at? I am hoping to upgrade in the Fall but want to make sure it's running right first.

I agree with Indy, very hard to see but the smallest crack will cause exactly that, had that happen a few times on my Poos.

Thanks for the input. I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to look at it, but hopefully not too long from now. The sled is stored in a garage a few hours from my house, so I try to be prepared to fix it when I get a chance. Looks like the bellows are about $26 each. Do you think it's likely enough those are bad that I should order them ahead of time or is that just one of many things to look at? I have the gaskets for the valves - I just didn't get around to cleaning them before this year.

I think it is likely enough they're bad, even if they arent, over time they get really thin and are prone to wearing a hole through them so you're already pushing it even if they are still good. My 07 iq 600 carb I sold to my buddy wore a hole through both of them by 5500 miles when he had it.
