I was out grooming last night and came across rp7x, his wife and their grandson at Lipsie Pines. They had ridden sleds over for dinner. I ended up taking their 7 1/2 year old grandson, Steven, for a ride in the groomer and he really seemed to enjoy it. He's riding his own Yamaha 250 around grandpa's ranch. Below is a pic of Steven with me in the groomer and a couple of pic's of our groomer. All 3 pic's were taken with my phone, but rp7x must have been shaking when he took his grandson's photo! ;)

That's great to see. I've only been able to get in the groomer once with my boys, and they LOVED it.

We had a little retro groomer going over this weekend with some friends.

Harvest1121, our club had one just like that years ago. That thing was a rattle-trap. Man how far those groomers have come over the years.

Retro h#$l! That is the very same vintage groomer the great Iowa DNR gave our club a year ago to groom our trails. We recieved 2 of them to make one run. Rattle trap isn't the right term for it. Thought it was more efficiant than leasing my Cat.

First of all thanks for taking the little guy for a ride I am sure he will never forget it. Second thanks for putting in the time to groom the trails. I have never met you but it sounds like you are a "stand up guy".

We have our drag's built locally by Spooner Machine. We have been very happy with them. They are very well built and work very well. I know the owner of the company, so if you want any contact info, PM me.
