Picked this off the Bears website & Bears are weakest team of all the teams thsy play in 2013 Schedule. Really should have kept Lovie for another year to get the most out of staff & players then fire him & be honest about rebuilding. Bears will be lucky to win a game or 2 next year then will have a decent draft position.

Which teams will the Bears play next season?

In addition to home and away games against NFC North rivals Detroit, Green Bay and Minnesota, the Bears will host the Cowboys, Giants, Saints, Ravens and Bengals in 2013 while visiting the Eagles, Redskins, Rams, Browns and Steelers. As part of the schedule rotation, the Bears play all four teams in both the NFC East and AFC North along with games against the two teams that finished in the same third-place position as they did in the NFC (Saints and Rams).

As the team with the best record not to make the playoffs, the Bears have the 20th pick in the first round of the NFL Draft. The only player they've ever selected at No. 20 was defensive end Dave Gallagher in 1974. The last three players taken with the 20th selection in the draft were Baylor receiver Kendal Wright by the Titans in 2012, Iowa defensive end Adrian Clayborn by the Buccaneers in 2011 and Alabama cornerback Kareem Jackson by the Texans in 2010.

so what your sayng there WD, The Bears have as much chance of making the playoffs as I have putting 400 miles on my sled with no wear or tear.

What I'm saying is Bear managment is not being honest with their fans to put the best team & coach on the field next year. If the Bears want & need to rebuild AOk then say & do that but not what they are saying. Bear managment wants to win SB next year & at least be in playoffs & that won't happen with new coach & current players. Best bet would have been to spend big bucks on proven O line & let Lovie keep the D going strong & hope for the best. Bears should have given Lovie 1 more year to make or break the team. I just don't see how the Bears can have a winning year next year with same players & different coach & who wants the job??

Oh boy???? Were not going to start 7 months of this doom and gloom already are we????

Who knows who the Bears even end up with for a Head Coach and a program. Then there is the draft, Free agencies, way to many unknowns to already be forecasting a season of BLACK....

The way I see it, even if the Bears were to go into next season with the Status Quo I see at least Tens Wins, if not more.

Home:
Vikes @ home (Other than AP the vikings are a mess. No offense viking fans I was cheering like **** for them after the bears were out)
Lions @ home Need I same more.
Packers @ home. (This is a big maybe. two reasons. First they are not going to loose forever against the pack. Second these games are typically close regardless, they are bound to steal one by nothing other than dumb luck)
Giants @ home (did the giants really prove they are still tough this year or did they prove they are on the decline. time will tell. G Men in my house dont scare me to bad)
Cowboys @ home (The cowboys are either real good or real bad, Romo throws more picks than Cutler Bears beat the boys at home)
Bengals @ home (Bengal Defense is pretty scary)
Saints @ home (Brees is great, defense is horrible)
Ravens @ home (Good joe flaco or bad, game manager only flaco)

Of those home games They are bound to win at least 5 if you ask me????

Away:

Vikes (Could go either way)
Lions (WIN)
Pack (Lambeu beat down bears loose. Cutler will never win in lambue)
Eagles (Win, the eagles are liable to be a disaster next year.)
Rams (Good team but I think the bears could squeak out a win in St. Loui)
Redskins (RGIII bad news for the bears)
Browns (Win)
Steelers (Steeler nation is on the decline, Team getting older each year, I see the bears able to win) BESIDES I WILL BE AT THREE RIVERS CHEERING THE BEARS ON

So in my honest opinion I believe with a new coach and coaching staff that can at least hold the team together or possible swing the team upwards, assuming everybody stays healthy, I see the bears winning at least 5 at home and somewhere in that 4 to 5 range on the road. I see a 9-7 or 10-6 team again next year with just maybe making the playoffs. But unlike this year I suspect that next year the offense will at least be capable of scoring a reasonable amount of points. Im guessing the bear offense will end up rank in the range of 18th to 11th.

The D would have & always played hard for Lovie & for vets that are near retirement but for a new guy who knows? Bears do very well when D scores & forces turnovers & if Bear O would get rolling the scoring opps were there. To me it would have been better to pour money into Oline & stick with Lovie 1 more year. New schemes on D & O take time to be understood by players & how to play together. The teams the Bears play next year were peaking in 2nd half of this season Bears went the other way but kept games close. Maybe a blockbuster deal can be put together get Alex Smith at QB but Cutler just does not lead well IMO.

I want one maybe two more years at most for cutler. New Offensive minded coach, a decent offensive coordinator, getting plays in on time to try and establish a tempo. I still think there is potential but I am running out of patients. Still see them at 9-7 at worst. I agree alot of those teams are peaking but there are also alot of teams that are dishevled at best if not retrogressing.

Time will tell

Thats what great about the NFL you just never know

I do think Cutler has a lot of talent both passing & running but he throws off back foot does not set up correctly when he has time just does not try to refine his skills. Cutler has a very strong arm & can make all the throws & even cut down on interceptions this year. I just don't see Cutler trying to be the best he can be at his QB position since with the Bears. I also don't see the O team looking to him as their leader. Cutler does not smile or slap butts or present himself as a fun team guy. Cutler may be different in the locker room but on the field he seems like a headcase aloof kind of guy hardly a leader of men. This was not the fault of the head coach Cutler has to look within to be the best he can be stop blaming the coach, Oline, receivers & do the best he can to get the team to score. Rogers in contrast will hand signal bad pass was on him or encourage a receiver that dropped an easy pass Cutler sulks thru good & bad always the same sourpuss. I would bring in Alex Smith make Cutler#2 have him win #1 spot by performance. Otherwise he would be sitting or traded I have seen enough of his sourpuss.lol

Some good talent here to be signed others are marginal players. Still no head coach signed or rumors. Got to wonder who wants the job?......Lovie fired on a 10/6 record.lol

Eighteen Bears players are due to become unrestricted free agents: Kahlil Bell, Zack Bowman, Jason Campbell, Kelvin Hayden, Geno Hayes, Israel Idonije, Lance Louis, Olindo Mare, Josh McCown, Henry Melton, D.J. Moore, Troy Nolan, Amobi Okoye, Chilo Rachal, Nick Roach, Jonathan Scott, Chris Spencer and Brian Urlacher. Nate Collins is set to become a restricted free agent, while Armando Allen is due to become an exclusive rights free agent.
