I just returned from a local round trip from the Lake Linden area to Houghton & it was pretty poor visibility both way's. Came across an accident in Houghton near Econo Foods which caused a slight delay. The roads are slick, don't be fooled.-Mezz

Ok...just got back....it was still snowing heavily from painsdale to mass city...nearly white out conditions, with alot of wind too...it did snow on and off, and get lighter as I headed south...stopped snowing and sun was out just south of bruce crossing....bruce didn't look like it got much...watersmeet was also very thin.

The roads, and visibilities start getting bad near military hill...they were a bit slick down near bruce...but otherwise it's pretty clear sailing from wisconsin to bruce.

It was also snowing and blowing pretty good in hancock when I left as well.
The higher snow amounts appeared to be from painsdale/tri mountain to Toivola.
So ...take it easy if you are driving up tonight or tomorrow morning...we may even get a dusting of snow in north central wisconsin over night so the roads may be a bit slick here tomorrow morning...if you are driving tonight, you should have clear sailing all the way to bruce crossing....but (at least earlier today) mass city to south range really sucked to drive in...great for snowmobiling though :)
