I have a 25T, 23T, and 22T top gear and 39T and 40T lower gear. It’s on a 03 SKS800. It has a SLP Air Horn Intake Kit, SLP pipe, rumble pack can and has some clutching work. I was wondering what combination would work best?

If you are looking for top end, I'd run the 25/39. If you're looking for more bottom end, the 22&23/40 combo would work well. All depends on what you want to make it do.

Go with the 23/40 if you are running stock track. You will have to grind some material off the backside of the tensioner to get it in there but you will have a very minimal dogleg in you chain and the gearing works good for very good top speed as well as good throttle response with the SLP pipe and setup you have. Try an almond/blue in the primary with 10-68 weights.
