Finally did it. Picked up this 05 Switchback 600. Planned on going newer but I couldn't pass it up. This thing has 1400 miles, yes, 1400 miles and is dang near brand new. I couldn't get my money out fast enough, this thing is in such good shape. Drove up to Iron River this morning to get it. She's in need of a seat, skis, and possibly 2" track to become the boondocker I want it to be, but I think she'll definatly do the trick!

Very nice just like my old one. Kirk600 loves it now! 2" challenger track makes it into a climber and very good UP off trail sled.

Ya got the tilt rails to on that one. makes for decent turning on hard pack. add the 2" lug. If it has the side hillers.... shed them for powder Pro's and you will be a force to be reckoned with. That seat sits plenty low and you will not have any issue jumping from side to side with it. (remember it is not ride forward) 4" Rox risers work well also. Your once again my Hero. lol

That's perfect Indy! It sure does look clean, you can just tell looking at certain things under the hood that the miles seem right. I'm looking for something similar to that for my rides with rp7x. Wanna sell it? ;) Very sharp looking sled!!

Just looking for something reasonably priced to ride on my one or two off trail rides a year. Then I won't mind banging it up a bit to get around downed trees! ;)

The more I look at this sled the more jealous I'm getting! It even has ES for an old man like me.

Nice find, that is the definition of clean. I bought a 500 classic two up a few years ago,it was that clean. When you find older sleds that clean and priced right, it's time to pull out the cash.

My dad's killing for it right about now. I could probably make a quick $1000! LOL

Wow that thing is clean. I'm jealous. You'll probably have doubled the miles on it before Christmas. I still think those are great looking sleds. And you can see what you're doing if you have to work on them.

Wish my Fusion was clean like that still. I learned the downsides of an open trailer the hard way....

Thanks everyone for the compliments, really didn't want to go back to trailing arms but I was just drooling over the thing when I got there! I've never been so excited to buy a sled before I just couldn't believe my eyes. The exhaust springs are even shiny gold colored still! mspease, me and rp7x are competing for who has the mintest sled, can't wait to get them side by side LOL I really feel like a little kid at the end of a rainbow I hate to take the 1.25 off to put a 2" on the thing looks brand spanking new! The original carbides look like they were just put on even. To make it better the guy had another 05 matching switchback 144" 800 with 1600 miles which he bought from M&M Lawn and Leisure back in 06 and an 05 RMK 800 159" with 500 miles. which he bought from a dealer in North Dakota back in 07. Mine was purchased at Iron Mountain Powersports in 05. He was moving south but was going to keep the other 2 up there in storage in case he wants to come back up and ride.

The skis have to go. Never had slydogs, sure like Powder Pros. You should be able to trade that track for a 2" with someone.

well I have a brand new 121"x2" that needs to go also so we'll see. My top priorities are seat handlebars and skis. Never new a seat could sit so low to the ground LOL I'm thinking a WRP Mountain Assault. Also looking at WRP running boards to get rid of some snow.

I have a 2012, and it's not as clean as that one Indy!! You have me beat already.

It's cool to see you so excited, it makes me excited for you! I'm guessing you have been out to the garage now about 30 times and have started it over and over! I know the drill. ;) Been there, done that. We never grow up! :)
