I was wondering the same thing - was that a buddy or just some random guy. Either way, middle of the trail....ahem...what? At 85-90+?
I will decide what I am going to do, I'm just happy I was able to finally catch some video of our ride. I think I will just keep the think pad for shop use as it works just fine for that, assuming it isn't feesable to update it to do what I would like it to do. If you don't mind maybe when I decide to get something different I can PM you and ask some questions about what would be money best spent without over spending, funds a little tight here with the stellar winter we had so wont be anytime in the near future, I am also assuming the video will stay on the sim card and still be there when I need it. Thank you again for all your help I greatly appreciate it.
its is more than likely the laptop...heres why...if its has an AMD processor and not INTEL along with anything other than an NVIDIA GRAPHICS card it will be herky jerky playback....that and your RAM....I believe that laptop is like 8 years old right? heres how to check....you install CCLEANER from FILEHIPPO.com and after you start it up and register the free one....at the top it lists your computer specs....list them here and I might be able to speed it up and update it so it will play good...also in CCLEANER there is a SOFTWARE checker...run that and update any software it says to...I would clean it also...that can slow you down too...it basically puts all the books back into the library...each time you do something the puter opens a book....8 years later with no CCLEANING there are 100 million books open that it has to look thru all the time....if you want something that actually works ask me before buying or google the MIRA SUPER COMPUTER....its a my work and it runs INTEL with NVIDIA card....thousands of them....why johnny? because those things work the best together with no herky jerky....all other combos are cheap or just get by and wont suffice IMO...hope this helps...even the older super computer BLUE GENE used INTEL with NVIDIA....look up specs of both for clues as to what works good with what before buying in future....no dig....Lenovo think pads were good in the day

It looks like that video ("Ridin' with The "REGULATORS") proved your point re lower resolution.
Of course it also demonstrated the height of trail ridin' etiquette: Plant yer azz squarely in the middle of the trail, weaving from side to side in attempt to deny the trailing sled an opportunity to pass … 'til he finally succeeds in passing … on the right. Brilliant! Should be a must-view in Sleddin' 101; teach them [sic] newbies how ta do it right!
(Go ahead, now beat me up fer tellin' it how it izz!)
Tracker I looked up the MIRA SUPER COMPUTER and tht is a little more than I want to spend, plus I don't think I have the room for it eitherI will decide what I am going to do, I'm just happy I was able to finally catch some video of our ride.
