Sad news out of Gogebic County for the last week. 2 fatalities.
First one was a male on the Ramsay re-route around the ski hill property. Only details I know is that he fell off of his sled and was run over by his companion who then crashed and broke his leg.
Second was last night in Marenisco on old railbed trail 2, S/E of trail 1. 26 year old female riding with family members did not navigate a slight curve in trail and hit a tree. DNR out there all night and still investigating.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the families.
