Blew a brand new belt on the Cat this year with only 150 miles on it. Even though I couldn't return the belt (because it was scattered between Calumet and the end of the world on trail 3), Carlisle replaced it for $10 with my original invoice and some belt chunks I pulled out from under the engine.
