As much as I would like to try that, probably never gonna happen.

And kinda surprised to see him looking back so much, one moment to hit open water and not be on the throttle and he'd be swimming.

Awesome, that looks like fun, but, after being in the water in winter before, I don't think it's worth the adrenaline rush!

Good way to give it a good spring wash, hear water skipping does a good job of washing the grease out of the bearings?

I have seen plenty of pictures and videos of guys water skipping but I have never water skipped myself. Is there any risk of catching a ski when re-entering the ice?

yes you can 15yrs or so ago was running at night on a old doo formula that thing would skip all day but did not know Ice had heaved on other side cought left ski and r ski went on top tore off trailing arm shock mount sled did roll on top of ice busted up pretty go I was tossed and rolled accross ice so fast I swear I saw my own face.did it stop me from skiping no still do it for sport.have never had to jump in to tie a rope on. that is the bad drivers job but have been on the other end of the rope pulling many times.

But man I would hate to sink one, all those electric connections.

wow srt20 I thought you had a big swinging ****, I have seen you skip alot of water in our days riding together, but man never that much, wonder what it is like to not care about anything, done a lot of skipping myself including this same river, but never this much. JOB WELL DONE!

Get that ski dont rebuilt yet???
