Got to meet Paul Sr. from OCC

I was at the Pumper Show in Indianapolis last month and one of the large exhibitors there had announced that Paul Sr. would be at their booth with the custom chopper OCC did for GapVax. I guess this build was featured on one of OCC's shows on the CMT network, but I did not see it. There were also nice 12"x 8" colored photos of the chopper that Sr. was signing after each picture was taken. Doesn't he look thrilled to meet me? LOL

I was there on business Lenny, so not tons of fun! We had a booth at the show as well but all I wanted to do was get back home to the snow. I did enjoy meeting Sr., as I've always liked the tv show, but I'm more of a Jr. and Mikey fan!

Was he personable?

I was a fan of the show as well. I cannot explain why, as I am not a motorcycle rider and not a big fan of "reality shows", but would have loved to see a show where they just had Vinny, Rick, Mikey and maybe JR on.

He was pretty relaxed John and didn't talk too much. There was a line of people of course so he was taking one pic after another. We chatted a little bit as they took 3 quick pictures with your own phone and then one with their camera. As I started to walk away, he said "here, let me give you one of these" and he signed the pic I mentioned above and it's on my desk right above my computer. I'm sure he could have thought of other places he would have rather been that day.

I'm not a cycle rider any more either, but I think the drama between the dad and the boys is what attracted a lot of people. Vinny, Rick, Mikey and Jr. would make a great show. My favorites for sure.
