GreenBay Packers// Aaron Rodgers

Is it me I feel that Aaron Rodgers does not handle the national tv games well. I know you will say he made a good comeback but he had nothing to loose they were so far behind. and remember the poor performance on the most watched Monday night football game in history against the Vikes that was a play off type atmosphere. He is good until it realy counts

Besides the first quarter Rogers looked really good; receivers on both teams were pulling down some phenomenal catches. I think Rogers is the real deal, and for his first playoff game I don't think you can lay much fault for this loss on him. Bottom line the Packers defense was garbage tonight.....Not that the Az defense was much better.

He is a second year player making the play offs, and the pro bowl, patience grasshopper.

Remember, it is just a game.

Without Rodgers I don't think the game would have even been close, unless they had kept what's his name as their quarterback. What a defensive battle, huh?

In all seriousness, I think you have to tip your hat to the Packers this year. It would be way too easy to jump on them tonight and tease the Packer fans. I'm a loyal Viking fan now living in Wisconsin, but the Pack has not given up all year. When they lost to Tampa I said their year was over. When they were down 21 today I thought the same thing. They have really bounced back well from adversity this year and I think they will be a force next year. I think they are the youngest team in the NFL too. The Pack has nothing to be ashamed of, they had a great year! And as far as Rodgers go, I think he's the real deal too.

Cardinals safety Antrel Rolle got a taste of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers on Sunday, a week after facing him in Week 17.

And Rolle has no interest in a third helping.

"Let me tell you something - that dude is scary," Rolle said of Rodgers, per Michael Silver of Yahoo! Sports. "We have a great defense, and we were up on him and ready to pounce, and he found ways to tear us apart.

"I don't ever want to face him again in my life. I am dead serious. I'll face Drew Brees any day of the week before I face him again."

Defence needs help. Crosby needs to go. Rodgers should of hit the 1st and 10 receiver wide open to start OT. Grrrrrrrrr

Look at the completion stats for both QBs in that game. The receivers were dropping NOTHING. Amazing catches on both sides. We won't see another game like that for years. Somebody had to lose. Rodgers is the real deal. Pack has nothing to worry about in future years. The core is definitely there. Finley is going to be scary.

ace kicker misses chipshot, whole world sees facemask penalty ,refs turn head Nfl is scripted, this reminds me of nhl stanley cup game when pens had 7 men on the ice for almost a minute and refs turned their heads! Bretts scripted to take the Vikes to the promised land and ted fired! lmao

You conspiracy guys crack me up!!

Wasn't Green Bay's defense rated #1 in the NFL? I find that hard to believe after yesterday and the 500+ yards of passing that Pittsburgh put on them a few weeks ago.

Rodgers not a quick thinker ,he should have faked injury like the card did! he should have stayed down till they they call penalty or they cart him off on a stretcher lol!

"Number 2" can have a couple meanings,
I'll go with another meaning I'm thinking of, after watching yesterday.

Second half they couldn't stop anything, either side.

lets see Favres stats after they get throttled by the cowboys this weekend! Rodgers had a good game and being on national T.V had nothing to do with it, if the defense would have got off the plane and showed up they woulda won that game.

You guys in PackerLand don't know how good you have it! You KNOW who your QB is going to be for the next decade and you are lucky to have Mr. Rodgers. That was just his first playoff game - he will be in many more. Across the border to the west you have the Vikes who have pinned the whole season on Favre. They had better win it all this year because if they don't they have no chance for the next 10 years. Who will be their QB next year? It won't be anyone in the same class as Rodgers. The smart guys are already picking the Cowboys to roll on Sunday. Donovan McNabb can still run around like a crazed gerbil and he still was sacked and hurried into worthlessness by Dallas. What is going to happen to the stump-like Favre when Ware and Ratliff and Spencer get loose? Ad a couple of fumbles by Peterson and 50 missed tackles by the MN defense and you have a blowout. The Pack lost a very close, very entertaining classic playoff game. The Vikes will embarrass the entire state of MN by halftime.
