This isn't about glue, but thought I'd pass it on in case someone could use the help. When you put on new grips, they can be tough to slide on. The best way I've seen, is to plug the other side of the handle bar with something, put your air hose tip tight on the little hole at the end of the grip, start blowing air into the grip, then slide it over the handle bar. The back preasure from the air will escape between the inside of the grip and the handlebar, and it slides right on.
Just thought I'd share. Not sure if the glue would go flying out of there, but maybe enough would stay.
