Ok guys, this is coming straight from my Uncle Murphy T Law. There will be an epic snow year in all of the Midwest this year. You heard it here first!!! How does old Switch come up with this prediction you ask? Well, last Sunday I watched my two Vipers and in-line trailer fade into the sunset with happy new owners. Wendy and I are officially out of sledding, as owners anyway. I guess spending most of the past two winters down south in our motorhome was too much to bare. A case of sunstroke got to me and we decided to pull the pin on our sledding careers. Now I’m not saying I’ll never ride again as my sonilaw is my Yamaha dealer in Sturgeon Bay, and he has said if I ever want to scratch the itch, he’ll set me up with a ride. We have purchased a Yamaha Viking SXS and now will explore the trails with out snow. With all that being said, old Murphy is going to dump heavy snow this year, knowing I have no winter toys anymore. So I’m taking one for the team so all my JD buddies can have a blast this year. Stay safe my friends! I’ll still check in on JD from time to time just to keep up on the gossip and fun times had by all!! Think Snow!!!!
P.S. I still do have one sled left, a fully restored 1969 Ski Doo 12/3, but she lives at the museum in Eagle River now. Her snow days are over too!!
