Well this fit an M4, M1, or an R-25? Is this universal for many guns?

Will it impede on High powered scopes?

Perhaps I need to clarify. The package contains only the bracket and mount system. Into the bracket a gun case would be locked in with a pin. It is quite possible only a Plano case will work in conjuction with the bracket, I do not know. Thanks for your interest.
