123 in and Out of Paradise is paved and in good shape. the gravel road mentioned is if you go east out of Grand Marais. H 58 will bring you into Grand Marais you take 77 south out of Grand Marais. unless you're heading west then you would go north on 77 into Grand Marais and then take H 58 to Munising.

from paradise you have to drop down to Newberry .on 123 then you go west on 28 To 77 North that will take you into Grand Marais. no paved shortcut between Grand Marais and paradise you have to drop down and go through Newberry.

Just got home after 5 fantastic days. Put on 1356 miles and had maybe an hour of rain the whole trip! Thanks for all the advice!
