Hand held GPS

Looking for handheld GPS unit that will work for snowmobile trails and hiking out west next summer. Any recommendations?

I m sticking with etrex 30 to avoid touchscreen.

GPSMap 78 is a nicer handheld if you want physical buttons. It is larger than the etrex (not by much) and has a slightly larger screen. Nice part about the 78 is that it has both USB and the older 4 pin serial connection if you want to hardwire it (the old plug is much more robust than USB). Usually cheaper too @ $170.
eTrex will fit in your pocket better.

Used an etrex since 2003, too dumb to start over now! Lol!
