I think we need a “LIKE” and while you’re at it a “DIS-LIKE” button for thread comments. Just sayin'...

Pssst....we do, it's called emotional button with smiley face....psst....don't tell John I tole yah....he doesn't like daht button....but it can sum up your like and dislike issues.

Have no problem with the emoicons Moose. Use them all the time myself.:p Just don't like it when they are used as a cop out to try and tell a lie that someone was "Just Kidding" when the posted what they did.

I just think we need a clueless emoicon. :D

And John, from what I understand, just doesn't like the use of said smilies when they are used to say something disrepsectful or nasty and think that by using the smilies you can get away with it.

e.g. Yeah, well Moose, you're an idiot and you smell like squirrel butt and I don't like you and I disagree with everything you post!!!! :D (when the thread is about what to do about the high cost of gas...and not moose butt gas either! :p)

Yeah but with the emoticons (cant believe that is actually a word) you have make/ take up a post just to put a nod of agreement on something somebody said.

And of course squirrels have butts! I find squirrel poop on my picnic table...just one more thing that makes me wanna shoot the tree rats around here. I don't mind them when I'm camping...but I'm done with these rats around my house.

So we need to have a clueless smilie and a just sayin smilie -

Who really cares about who likes or dislikes a thread comment. looks like a way to start an army "LIKE" or start a fight "DIS-LIKE". What would be gained to improve the site by adding such silly judgement? Individual comments work just fine without each of us "VOTING" on what was said.
