After replacing the bearings on the jackshaft and countershaft I cannot complete what should be the easy install of the driven pulley. My only guess is that one of the splines is a little boogered up, but there is nothing visibly noticeable. Am I overlooking something simple and if not what would the best way to go about cleaning up the splines?

Thanks!

It should slide right on. If there is a problem with the splines, just run a flat file accross them to clean them up.
