I listen to it through my SYNC bluetooth media stream with my phone since my car is one of the only Ford's on the planet that doesn't have Sirius in the car!, I do have a Sirius receiver but the reception blows and Yes, I believe you can transfer a lifetime subscription as my husband had the Stilletto in his old Mustang and now his new one has Sirius built in and after the 6 months free he transferred. SYNC another great piece of technology, I really don't know what I'd do without it!
