Almost met my maker when a huge chunk of ice flew off a truck roof coming towards me. It nailed the windshield hard, glass all over and as luck would have it i went to the right.

I still owe Mezz a bottle of bacardi as he provided a document "as usual" from my request.

that happened to me in dec . hard hard hit not a shatter like that but a 20 web from the center crack from center to a outer edges. drove by trucker pointed at glass gave him the international f off symbol and he just shrugged it off. oh well that 2bucks a mo full glass always pays for it self

most the eastern states have ice-missle laws we deal with in trucking.....ny is real bad this year 6 to 8' of ice under snow sitting on my trailers up there.......

I got nailed the end of Dec. I clean the top of our trailer but even with a ladder and tools you don't get everything. If mine does not get worse I will what till spring to replace it.
