i have a poster in my room with a two page pic of a cat race sled. they use small fans to keep their clutches cool on the snocross circut. im guessing thats a little overboard for a sled that dosent see that much abuse. just an idea if you are really hard on stuff.

I would like to get more information on this as well. The same thing happened to my 04 ProX-2 700 when I put a 136x1.5 track on it. I have tightened the motor mount and played with belt deflection and still find both clutches are running hot. Old belts vs. new belts doesn't seem to matter... Any more suggestions?
