In advance of the coming snow season I thought I'd try out the new Photo Editor and found it is rather easy to upload your photos to this site. Click on the button for "insert image", choose your photo and Boom! There you are. It's probably best to include a short description of the location too. Let's see what ya got!

Lake Superior 2021.jpg

This was our group at Saxon Harbor with Lake Superior in the background. You can make out the coastline of the Upper Peninsula on the far right.
This was mid February, a perfect day with temps in the low 20's and clear blue skies. It doesn't get any better than this.

Timm's Hill Sign.jpg
The sign says it all. A fun place to try to find.

Photos still toooo large
😰
m8man when you click attach file and go to your photos pick your photo then at the bottom it says show selected click on that then lower right click on actual size then it will give you size options I used large and it works, actual size doesn’t. Try that see what happens.

Nice pics! What a coincidence in that about two hours ago I was watching a Youtube video of someone climbing Timm's hill.

I feel an idiot trying to make the process simple without resizing in advance.
Using a windows PC and photo editor shows message,

1634912192619.png
while using the attach files feature at the bottom.

It shows message,

1634912304665.png
while using the insert image function on the upper menu.
The image file is 2.22mb, although I doubt that is the issue. I am not brought to a menu to select size during the attempts.

Wondering if this may be the same issue others have experienced? Looking for a simple work around that may help.

When I went to add an image, I clicked on the insert image icon, just to the left of the smiley face above and just dragged it from a file folder to the drop box that shows up. I then can click on the image and then a thin blue line with small blue boxes at each corner appear. I am then able to resize the image by clicking on a blue box, holding the click and moving in or out to change it's size.

Thanks John. I'll have to dig into my settings. I see the image as you describe with that method. It goes to the 2nd error message before I can resize.

Any idea why mine ended up upside down
No idea, but will say that on the old forum "size" determined if it was sideways or upside down. You might want to start there. I used the Paint Program to invert yours without having to resize it.

My kid ripping around, ok I’m going to take a break. Large, medium, or small size and they are all twisted around!
