Are you familiar with the CI (cylinder index)? The CI is the number of internal combustion cylinders a person owns, anyone who has a CI greater than their age is to be honored by his (or her) peers.

My CI is 25 and I am 37 years old, only one V12 away from being king I guess...

With one presently for sale I stand at 19 engines and a CI of 46 (ranging from a weed whip to a 460), if the wife's car is included that bumps it up to 20 and 52.

I down sized a few years back.
12 motors that are gas.
CI= 36 (lots of 2 strokers) age 53

I'm not worthy.

Oh shoot! forgot about the chainsaw, leaf blower, weed wacker, Ariens snow blower, generator, sludge pump and an old Kmart push mower that I use for stump grinding. So that makes CI of 42.

The add on stuff is in storage. I currently have lawn service and a Gardener who bring their own toys.

I asked my brother about his CI and he laughed and said really. He stopped at around 600 CI.
and asked me if he could invoice me for the total count if he kept counting. I left and went home. (for those that know him).

30 engines, ci=68, age 64. This high math makes my head hurt, and besides, I know I'll walk into the pole buildings and find more engines I forgot about.

car, car, van, truck, boat, 2 snowmobiles, weed wacker, rototiller, pressure washer, outboard motor.

I only need something with a Viper motor in it to be honored.

My brother with his fleet of older vehicles i think takes the prize - his count would be about 160

I really have no idea how many engines and cylinders I have here on the farm but now I'm curious. So I'm going to walk around with my pencil and paper and do some math later.
