Just was seeing lots of bare streets & signs of rain in Northern Wisc. & the U.P.! How much damage was done & how bad are some areas? Just came home from the U.P. the 23rd & south of Greenland/Mass was in trouble then! RR beds had no base & lots of rocks & etc. Wet snow was what they needed, but it doesn't look like its good?
