How Much Trailer is To Much?

Awesome trailer. How does it pull behind your Explorer? I know on the internet everyone needs a diesel dually, but I'm interested in how a trailer like that tows behind a vehicle you drive every day.

I'd be just as concerned with the wheel base of the Sport Trac. Short wheelbase tow vehicle and long trailers don't make a good combination especially when you get into trouble.

Don't pick it up for 6 weeks but will let you know after I take a trip

Realize this could be an issue but I figure I'll have the trailer longer than the Sport Trac and when I'm ready to get something new it will be a crew cab with a short box. In the meantime I'll just have to be cautious and if it means I change my travel times due to weather so be it.

Isn't one, and probably won't put one on. Last season I pulled it UP, then left it there for a month while I just drove the truck back and forth, then pulled it home. Other than that I'd say most of the trips would be 75 to 200 miles and in WI so nothing major.
