C Cat600 Member Jan 18, 2014 #5 if it's to cold out, it will be light and fluffy (lower than like 20*f or somewhere about that number). If it's warmer, it'll be heavy and wet (20*f up to 32*f). But humidity may also play a factor, as did the other things that fusion mentioned.
