HTG Big Bore Kits (06 600 HO Fusion)

Potentially looking to improve my 06 600 HO Fusion to either the HTG 660 or 701 big bore kits...If you have any info on how these perform or HP increases please give me a heads up...The price is up there so I'd like to know as much info as possible prior to dishin out any money.

I have friends that did the 660 big bore on their 600 IQ Race sleds. They love it. Significant difference according to them. I know the first time they did it, they blew one of the motors (they have three of them..). Had to do some tweaking. But that's about all I know.

from a 600 to a 660 I don't know I would guess the porting in the 660 kit is a huge part of the power gain prob allot more than the 60cc.I would consider just getting a quality porting job with head work and a pipe.not some hack bikeman or other shiny catalog company with no podiums under the belt.but maybe Hooper or in my case a pro drag racer or some one like that.will prob get the power you are looking for with out the price tag.just quality porting and pipe boondocker on my cat 700 went from 136 to 157.and those were real numbers not dyno pulls manipulated buy the guy who did the work or make the parts to get the numbers I wanted to see.did that for under $1350
