It is real.

My brother works at Amway, and he took a picture of it in the Amway parking lot.

He is going to try and find out who owns it.

He said there was a Polaris the same way, but he refused to take a picture of that one.

The guy was at hastings last year and nelsons this year. It is a kit. he had it on a polaris and a doo. I can't remember for sure but like $2500-3000 for the kit. He said it takes about a 1/2 day the first time but after that can convert back to a sled in about 2 hours. Has a radiator that goes under the front to help keep it cool. The only thing I don't know about was turn signals. He said just a cycle endorsment will make it road legal. This year he also had a doo with a plow on it at nelsons also. No photo shop here guys.

Hey that YAV is made in Belmont which is only about 20 miles from me.

I am interested, but I was hoping for about a $2,000 price tag. $3500 is a bit much.

I just looked at that Craigs List one and $3500 is not bad compared to "Asking $6600.00" dam!
I agree price is still steep. but still better than a bike.

True it is cheaper than a bike, but I already have an HD.

I do happen to have an extra Ski-Doo Legend that I could convert, but can't really justify $3500

Y.A.V. yea that's it. I would have to say I spent about an hour looking it over at Hastings last year and he really is doing a quality job here. No cutting corners and fit and finish looks really good. He has a single wheel in the back that has a belt that runs up over a pulley on the drive shaft. He said at that time that he thought it handled even better then the spyder.
