Freshly groomed trails with no other sled in site. I can't wait. POW is too dangerous because you don't know what could be lurking beneath it.

I will take 20 below anyday over this 90 degree stuff. If the heat isn't enough to tick a guy off, the mosquitos should. I'm ready for a cold night, maybe even frost. I can wait a little while for the snow.

Hey, this desert rat had to vote for "I'm still enjoying this 90 degree crap!" on general principles. I'm much less enthusiastic about those 108°F+ days, however! :p

I'm dying in this heat, been dreaming about sledding every night for the last two weeks! It's good to know I'm not the only one with this strange bug.

The ONLY good thing about this heat, it looks like my grass is finally starting to slow down. :)

The temps are not the issue, it's this damn humidity & dew point combinations that make things real miserable. I can actually wait a (little) while for snow, but, the longer this warm stuff continues, the quicker I want the cold. I feel much better in cooler (and drier) temps. Bring on the POW when the time is right, for boondocking the backwoods is what I dream of through the night.-Mezz
