ice ripper xt loud at 30mi per hour

I put rail extensions(121 to 136) and an ice ripper track on my 04 rev. went for a ride sat and the track hums/ vibrates right at 30 to 35 mph. I am wondering if there is something i can do to eliminate this as this is about the speed we go as a family. thanks in advance for any help!!

Your hitting a harmonic at that speed, try tighten or loosen the track. It will stretch some as it breaks in. Remember when you rode mine with the 1 1/4"? You said the same thing compared to yours, vibration and a howling noise. Thay do that, thats a lot more air pumping into the tunnel. Some well spaced idlers might help too. I have several here you can try if you like(wheels and mounts) move them around and see if it helps. Give me a call, we'll figure it out...

cool thanks will try to get to your place this week i noticed on the wifes sled she has more wheels on the inside of the track on the bottom i had a lot of melted plastic on the clips also thinking this is from low snow on the road to nataka.
