idler wheels for polaris

Hello can someone help me out on where to buy idler wheels and hardware that goes with it. I have a 2003 Polaris classic 600 touring. The bolt and wheel are gone, and the rail has a hair line crack in it. Should I be worried about it? Oem parts are high in price. It says the wheel is 5.62 in size. Thanks

If you have a cracked rail, fix it. Find someone you know with a TIG welder that will do it cheap. OR look for parts on craigslist in your area. There are tons of people parting sleds, you'll find what you want if you look.

I welded my rails 2 years ago on my 05 xc sp 500. Had 13 hairline vertical cracks. Grinded a small valley in each crack tig welded them at school then grinded all the welds flush and built steel braces out of 3/4" flat stock and bolted them over the cracked areas. Its held up great for 2 seasons sled now has 9000 beaten miles on it.
