U.P. Thunder Riders have been out for 6 days running 3 to 5 crews with excavators and a tractor with a grapple bucket probably close to 200 man hours and have at least 2 to 3 more days before we will have everything opened up. Every time you push through a bad area you make it about 100-200 yards and hit another. These are just a few more pictures of what every crew is running into. Thanks for all you do Jim. Better to do a good job now clearing debris than leave nasty surprises under the snow or side of trail that will cause problems later. Rather be safe than sorry 👍👍👍

Oh there is going to be plenty of little hidden branches under the snow still. No way we can get all that stuff. Once we can get out and pan we will really know what is left. Would really hope as people start ride they will occasionally stop and pick up some of the branches that have been left on the trail so our drivers don’t have to always stop. All the little thing help.
