Indy 500 Tail Light Bulbs

What's the OEM replacement part # for the head light & tail light bulbs on a 2002 indy 500? I don't feel like paying more for one from the dealer when I know I can get the same ones from Fleet Farm.

Well take the darn bulb out and truck over to the Farm and barn and see what ole' Zeke has to say. Then report back.

I believe it may be 1157 but I could be wrong.

The center bulb (brake light) is a #1004 and the two outside bulbs (running light) are #194
