One year I got one of those inversion whirly gigs for a Christmas gift so we set it up in the guest room where the wife and I would use it occasionally, Well one day I surprised my wife when I walked in and she was on the WhirlyGig in her birthday suit well my imagination started to wander ( now I’ll let your imagination wander also). Long story short after was all said and done I needed to bolt this thing down to the floor or I’m going to get both of us hurt real bad !!!

Have a teeter. They work. Relieves pressure on the spine. Reverses compression. Will not fix damage to discs or vertebra. Never experienced vertigo or nude women syndrome. For 500 bucks you can't go wrong.

That would make a great infomercial, sales would go thru the roof.

Yes, I own a Teeter, it does work. As grub stated, it doesn't "fix" the problem, but definitely helps. After 20 years of chiropractic visits, I asked his opinion of this table, in his words, "I will lose a patient for this type of adjustment, but, yes, they work". Needless to say, I purchased one & I have not had to go back for lower back adjustments. FYI, Teeter Hang-ups is the best one, don't settle for anything less. If price causes you to second guess, you can find them "used" for very reasonable, some people buy into them & find out that it's not for them.-Mezz

Thanks mezz. But I cannot find any info on the "Teeter Hang Ups" model? Are you just talking "Teeter" models in general? My wife thinks the Teeter Fit Spine X1 is a good choice?

The Fit Spine is their newest model & I feel it is a good choice, I'm just not into the acupressure nodes. Teeter models in general are the best made in my opinion, very strong frames, very stable. What ever Teeter model you choose, you can't go wrong, all a matter of personal preference.-Mezz

If you go to consumer reports there are a bunch of inversion tables. Teeter is at or near the top in all catagories. You get what you pay for in this case. And they will probably ship it free and if you don't like it in 30 days you can send it back. That was the deal when I bought mine anyway. Once you get it together and play with it for awhile you won't be sending it back.

MY wife found me a Teeter at a garage sale, brand new, used once for $75. I use it and have gotten great results from it. Take the time to set it up right. You should be bale to get on/in it standing and then by putting your arms over your head, it should slowly invert you. You should go back upright by then putting your arms back onto your belly. Set the stop strap too. There's no reason you have to go fully inverted. I use mine at about 50*. Works great!
