I'm not sure on snobuilder, but my problems are do to my abuse of improper lifting, and being hit, and run down by a Cadillac while in a pedestrian crosswalk.

Thanks so much for all the good advice! Got the Teeter Fit Spine 1X, and have started using it. Looks to be a quality piece, very sturdy, and well constructed. I could tell the difference in my lower back, and neck, after just a few short sessions. It appears that this is going to help me with stiffness, aches, and pain.

MY wife found me a Teeter at a garage sale, brand new, used once for $75. I use it and have gotten great results from it. Take the time to set it up right. You should be bale to get on/in it standing and then by putting your arms over your head, it should slowly invert you. You should go back upright by then putting your arms back onto your belly. Set the stop strap too. There's no reason you have to go fully inverted. I use mine at about 50*. Works great!

yup X2 I have the $99 fleet farm one - works good never been on a Teeter maybe they are better- no need to go upside down for me - if I get my head a little lower than my feet I get the results- they all have straps or some way to control how far you "teeter" back -funny thing is the inventor of the teeter is actually a guy named Teeter! (his last name)
