I know there wont be an even swap with a dealer. And they r replacing the whole exhaust because its warantied they said and its what they do with every trade in sled that is warantied.

sounds like your mind is made up already, but there are better deals out there. It doesn't matter how old the person was who put the miles on, they are still there. Should be able to buy that sled for under 4000 no problem.
Walk away from the sled with 11 thousand, at the price indicated. The sled with 1900 miles is the way I would go. Sled could run good with that many miles, but too many other things to worry about before you hit the snow.
