I was watching bits of that race on YT and my wife came in and said it was making her sick watching dudes letting it all hang out like that. AMAZING skills!!
that is one awesome race there, and them riders really push there limits
I wish I was younger and had faster reflexes again LOL Eye's too
I have raced a little on super bike courses, mostly ovals and the such, If anyone watches NASCAR< the Pocono, race, I raced that track a bunch of times on a few different bikes, even got some laps in on the track in a few cars and even a truck!
but that extreme stuff is behind me now, just don't have the reflexes or skills I once did
but still enjoy watching races like this and those that run the risks they do!
wow awesome MRBB...and I can totally relate to the getting older and less chances now....you would still be good though....just don't worry about recovery time or dieing....and I certainly don't push it as hard as I used to...except sleds....I still push those really hard as snow gives a tad more than concrete...that's not to say you don't see purple and silver stars on either machine when hitting the pavement though...fell off me sled at 90MPH on glare ice on the fox lake chain dare...damn those little ice bumps...damned if they don't burn clean thru ya suit and bibs and jeans and man o man does it get hot on the skin wherever ya roll to which side to cool it off.....heres the scraping I would love to ask the riders aboot

HAHA< got to love to have a bunch of stories to tell that we walked away from(well some times carried away LOL)never took a really hard hit on concrete like you have at 120...lost a front tire on a 4 laner like cicero avenue and slid into oncoming but luckily no one ran over me since it was at 40mph....but on a sled as you say still have the marks today....I have 2 blue vein spider webs on each thigh from the handle bars....was running the farm fields in Indiana and you know those ditches that are aboot 30 feet wide and 20 feet deep....well I didn't see one at night in time..was over running headlights at aboot 75MPH.....I cleared that sucker...almost....and PILE DROVE it into the other bank aboot 3 feet below the flat land at 70MPH....it went so deep into the mud and snow that my sled was not visible....only the top of windshield with black rim on it was sticking up aboot 4 inches....it was stuck so hard we had to get a winch and a pickup truck and 6 guys to pry it out...I of course went like a rag doll even with the field for aboot 1 city block...cartwheels and all...knocked me boots clean off...bent the bars with me thighs.....damn spider veins wont go away...and its in the shape of a star burst....LMAO.....that was cat life number 7 used all up.....LMAO
